We offer a return or replacement for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery along with proper proof such as images or videos.

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the process. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

Please note that certain items such as used products, damaged items due to misuse, or products without original packaging may not be eligible for return. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
